of Traders of Tamerlane (LLC) concerning tents, canvas, and other items. For policy

All tents are covered under a 3 year warranty, guaranteeing that they are free of defects in materials or workmanship. This does not apply to any damages found to be due to negligence, mishandling, improper care, normal wear and tear, or anything else not determined to be directly related to either a materials defect or faulty workmanship. Items or components may need to be returned to Traders of Tamerlane (LLC) in order to determine its eligibility for replacement under the terms of this waranty. Should an item need to be repaired or replaced, the purchaser shall be responsible for any shipping fees incurred in repairing the defective item or parts, but labor and materials charges are waived. Traders of Tamerlane (LLC) will have the final say as to what constitutes a materials defect or faulty workmanship and whether the returned item is covered under this warranty.
Traders of Tamerlane (LLC) will replace
any canvas found to be defective, as long as it is found
and returned before any cuts or alterations are made. Return
shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Once
the canvas has been cut or altered, Traders of Tamerlane
(LLC) can take no responsibility for its condition, and will not
be held liable for any defects, nor will Traders of Tamerlane (LLC)
make any refunds or replacements. Please inspect your canvas thoroughly before altering it in any way.
All other items are covered under a 30 day
warrantee guaranteeing that they are free of defects in materials
or workmanship. This does not apply to any damages found
to be due to negligence, mishandling, improper care, normal
wear and tear, or anything else not determined to be directly
related to either a defect or faulty workmanship. Should
an item need to be repaired or replaced, the customer shall
be responsible for covering any shipping fees incurred in
returning the defective item or its parts. Traders of Tamerlane (LLC) shall
be responsible for covering any shipping fees incurred in
returning repaired or replaced goods to the customer. Traders
of Tamerlane (LLC) will have the final say as to what constitutes
a materials defect or faulty workmanship and whether the
returned item is covered under this warranty.
